About Us
Some facts about us: We are located approximately 26 miles south of St. Louis City along the I-55 corridor. The subdivision is in the Imperial area, which is in the unincorporated part of Jefferson County.
The subdivision was established in 1991, and was built by Don Munaco Construction Co. The subdivision is self sufficient for the repairs and upkeep from income of yearly dues incurred upon the homeowners . We are protected by the Rock Community Fire Protection District and the Jefferson County Sheriffs Dept. for any emergencies .
We are in the Fox School District and the Elementary, Junior High, and High Schools are located a fourth of a mile from our subdivision on the Seckman Campus on Seckman Road. Shopping in the area is located on Richardson Rd. approximately 5 miles north of the subdivision. These retail shops consist of grocery, pharmacy, hardware, and other amenities.
The sun rises in the East and sets in the West, along a prehistoric ridge line which was host to Mastodons and Indians. They once lived on the same ground where our Subdivision is presently located (don’t worry, we haven't seen any prehistoric people or animals yet). The neighbors are friendly and very helpful to each other which makes Frisco Hills a great place to live.
